By using this website, requesting an appointment, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

The content on this site is provided for general information about Elevé services. You may not copy, republish, or use our text, photography, or branding without written permission.

Appointment Requests and Availability

Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, service, and location. Availability varies, and mobile appointments are offered within our approved Dallas–Fort Worth service area.

Eligibility for any service is determined during consultation. We may decline or modify a requested service where it would not be appropriate or safe, or where professional requirements are not met.

Reservation Deposits

A $100 reservation deposit secures your appointment and is applied in full toward the cost of your treatment. It is not an additional fee.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as far in advance as you can and we will move your deposit to the new appointment. Deposits for appointments cancelled with little or no notice, or for missed appointments, may be forfeited to cover the reserved time and travel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Elevé does not store your card details.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to third parties, including our peptide store, laboratory ordering, and payment processing. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome from any treatment, protocol, or membership.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevé Skin & Wellness is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
